Retti is a joint head manager of hms’s Insurance and Long-Term Savings Division, as well as of the Financial Innovation Division. She leads the advisory activity in these fields, focusing on the development and implementation of solutions that are custom-made to optimally fit clients’ requirements and goals.
Retti is extensively experienced in leading innovative and organizational change processes in the public and private sectors, and is an expert in providing strategic advice to senior management and in leading the upgrading and assimilation of financial technological systems. She acts from the belief that “What we know matters but who we are matters more” (Brené Brown).
Retti joined hms in 1999 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from The Academic College of Tel Aviv–Yaffo, and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Economics, from Tel-Aviv University.
In her spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga and is a personal training specialist, coaching managers in organizations.
