Social Impact

hms is committed to promoting its core values of mutual respect, estimation, and of inspiring by personal example. We tirelessly work towards engaging with the community, both as an organization as well as personally, and aim to significantly contribute and make far reaching changes in Israeli society.

"Adopt an IDF Unit"

The “Adopt an IDF Unit” – a project also known as “Ametz Lochem” is a unique initiative which fosters a collaboration between combat units, business companies, and donors from Israel and abroad. This community involvement project provides Israeli business companies and private donors the opportunity to support combat units which are actively engaged in routine and special military duties within the country’s borders.

hms Group regards it an immense privilege to take part in significantly enhancing IDF soldiers’ well-being and improving their physical and emotional conditions during military service. We believe that this collaboration greatly reinforces the values we stand for, and benefits all involved:

"Bridge For Youth"

The “Bridge For Youth” is a non-profit organization established in 2002 by Varda and Dov Halpern, chairman and founder of hms.

The association’s mission is to provide equal opportunities to underprivileged teenagers, and to reduce the dropout rate of those teenagers who are classified as being “at risk”, focusing on those who demonstrate motivation and determination to succeed in life. The association aims to equip these young individuals with vital life skills, using a holistic model that encompasses all aspects of life and caters to a wide variety of needs:
