Hila is responsible for hms’s human capital. She deals with employee recruitment and welfare, strongly believing that the workplace should feel like home.
Under Hila’s care are all the elements which affect qualitative work environment, including employee welfare, employee rights, employee recruitment and assessment, executive development & training, as well as enhancement and assimilation of qualitative, close and beneficent organizational communication.
Hila joined hms in 2015 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
She loves sports and adores yellow, the color of Maccabi Tel Aviv soccer club and basketball team!
